Letter Head

In this section you will learn how to add name, address and logo of your organization in ActiveBooks. This details will appear in print format of transactions like Sales Order, Purchase Invoice etc.

1.How to access letter head? Home > Settings > Letter Head or

Type 'Letter Head List' in search bar

2. How to create a letter head? (Step by step process)

  1. Go to the letter head list

  2. Click on new

  3. Enter a name for the letter head

  4. You can create different letter head for different office location

  5. Choose whether based on image or HTML

  6. You can enter the details in letter head using

    • Logo Image: Click on the Attach button to attach an image. Once the image is inserted, HTML for it will be generated automatically.

    • Other information (like Address, tax ID, etc.) that you want to put on your Letter Head can be added in HTML format.

  7. If you wish to select this letter head as default letter head, tick 'Default Letter Head' checkbox.

  8. You can set the letter head based on HTML and make changes in it.

  9. After entering the values in header and footer section, You can save the letter head.
