Global Defaults in ActiveBooks

This section helps you to set default values for documents like currency, fiscal year etc.

1.How to open global defaults? Home > Settings > Global Defaults Or Type 'Global Defaults' in the search bar

2.When we create a new document following will be created as default.

  • Default Company

  • Current Fiscal Year

  • Country

  • Default Distance Unit

  • Default Currency

  • Hide Currency Symbol

  • Disable Rounded Total

  • Disable In Words

3.What is 'Default Distance Unit'? It is used to calculate total distance in Delivery Tips.
